Master's degree preferred. 5 - 10 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry, with a focus on process mechanica design for treatment faciities. Professiona Engineering (P.E.) icense or abiity to obtain within 6 months of hire. Proven expertise in using Revit, Pant 3D, and AutoCAD for water market-reated designs. Proficiency in hydrauic modeing software such as WaterGEMS or InfoWater is a pus. Demonstrated experience in project management, incuding budget contro, resource aocation, and timeine adherence. Strong eadership skis with the abiity to mentor junior team members and coaborate effectivey with muti-discipinary teams. Exceent communication skis, both written and verba, with the abiity to present compex technica information to diverse audiences. In-depth knowedge of AWWA, ANSI, ASME, and other reevant industry standards and reguations. Experience with sustainabe design practices and famiiarity with LEED certification processes. Review and approve complex pipe stress reports and ensure compliance with ASME B31.3 and other relevant codes. Lead and mentor junior pipe stress engineers, providing coaching and guidance. Participate in design reviews and provide technical solutions to clients and internal stakeholders. Review and sign-off on equipment and piping layout drawings, general arrangements, pipe support fabrication, and detail drawings. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical Design, Piping, Project Engineering). Coordinate with global engineering teams and manage interface with suppliers and clients. Provide guidance to piping modelers/drafters and support in developing material requisitions, reviewing supplier offers, and preparing technical bid evaluations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, monitor budget vs. actual hours, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables. Conduct internal/external technical reviews and lessons learned sessions to promote engineering best practices. Provide support during manufacturing, installation, and commissioning phases to resolve shop/site issues. Required Skills & Competencies: Technical Expertise: Expert knowledge of ASME B31.3. Working knowledge of API 610, API 617, and API 618 standards. Proficient in using stress analysis software (e.g., CAESAR II). Able to evaluate and sign off on complex engineering documents and reports. Project & People Management: Ability to lead stress analysis efforts on projects, including guiding a team of engineers. Competent in planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. Experienced in proposal-stage engineering support, effort estimation, and bid evaluations. Role & responsibilities Role :QC engineer As a QA/QC Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing quality assurance and control systems to ensure our mechanical products meet customer, industry, and regulatory standards. You will work closely with our manufacturing, design, and service teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure product excellence. Key Responsibilities Include: Developing and maintaining QA/QC procedures and inspection plans. Reviewing drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes for compliance. Conducting inspections of mechanical parts and assemblies. Leading root cause analyses and corrective/preventive action activities. Preparing quality reports and certifications.
