Job Summary: As a Senior / Lead Piping Stress Engineer, you will be assigned to a project task force team working primarily in Piping Stress activities in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemicals. Proficiency in CAESAR/ AUTOPIPE software. Must be conversant with stress analysis of piping connected to various types of equipment. Conversant with requirements like trunnion calculation, flange leakage calculations, qualification of allowable nozzle loads etc. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed stress analysis of piping systems using industry-standard software tools. Work closely with piping design engineers to resolve design and field engineering difficulties. Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and specifications. Identify potential issues and develop strategies to mitigate stress-related problems. Prepare detailed reports documenting stress analysis results and recommendations. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other engineers to ensure project completion according to schedule and budget. Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
