As an ASM Sales at Sapana Polyweave Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Sapana Polyweave is a renowned brand in the polypropylene mat industry, known for its high-quality, durable, and stylish products. With a wide range of offerings including bath mats, door mats, and area rugs, we aim to establish ourselves as the leader in floor coverings. You will be responsible for leading a team of 3 to 4 sales officers, developing a robust distribution network by appointing distributors, and expanding our retail footprint. Your role will involve visiting potential wholesalers, distributors, and dealers to showcase our products, meeting sales targets, and promoting new products and special deals effectively. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or home decor sectors. As an ideal candidate, you should be a graduate with excellent verbal communication skills and possess a strong ability to generate leads, conduct field sales, and demonstrate leadership qualities. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month, along with additional benefits such as traveling and daily allowance. The job requires you to work in day shifts at various locations in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
