1. Advanced knowledge and understanding of Agile software development.
2. Knowledge of SQL with the ability to derive insights through efficient and effective SQL queries
3. Collaborate with APM and developers on design and reverse engineering of existing financial applications .
a. Produce high level design artifacts
b. Ability to articulate functionality
c. Recommend modernization context for future design
4. Troubleshoot and resolve existing production issues; perform debugging, and ensure ongoing system accuracy and reliability
5. 5+ years of hands-on experience programming on IBM i (iSeries / AS400) platforms
6. Proficiency in RPG, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, and CL programming languages
7. Strong understanding of relational databases (including SQL) and business operations related to financial services or insurance
8. Technical expertise in systems analysis, testing, and debugging of enterprise applications
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
10. Effective oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
11 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
