Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with artists and clients Negotiate and close deals, ensuring successful collaborations Identify and sign prospective talent while retaining existing artists Drive sales and business growth for exclusive talent Stay updated on industry trends and opportunities Oversee artist schedules, performances, and event coordination Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective programming Who You Are: 2–4 years of experience in artist management and/or sales Strong communicator and skilled negotiator Organized, proactive, and results-driven Passionate about entertainment, events, and talent development Able to multitask and manage relationships with professionalism If you’re ready to make your mark in the entertainment world and grow with a forward-thinking team, we want to hear from you!
