Art Director

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to aid direction, design, and production of graphics and videos.
• Oversees the creation of graphics, artboards, photo, video, and layout design.
• Establishes and implements design and format standards and processes to produce consistent and high-quality results.
• Developing visual layouts/ideas for marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, web layouts, emails, social posts and more.
• Support graphic and video team on day-to-day creative support on layout, colours, typography etc.
• Client interaction to understand the requirement, feedback and take tasks to completion.
  

Skills And Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably working in a creative agency.
• A creative person with interest in exploring new ideas and mediums, sketching skills would be a plus.
• Should be hardworking & a “hustler” in designing and looking for a long-term run to build a career.
• Bachelor or Masters in Fine arts from a leading school.
• Hands-on experience in all the software mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design.
• Love to learn & adapt to new trends in designing.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Manages the team in the day-to-day performance.
• Ensures that project/team milestones/goals are met and adhering to timelines.
