Designations:

1. Area Sales Manager

Lead and Manage team of Medical Representatives within the assigned Area.
Conduct Regular performance evaluations of marketing team members.
Providing Coaching, Training and Mentorship to enhance the team's skill and performance.
Analyze market trends, competitors activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional activities.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
Conduct Regular meeting with the sales team to communicate goals, expectations and updates.
Faster a positive and collaborative work culture within the sales team.
