You will be responsible for driving and achieving sales targets for your region with a lead-from-the-front attitude. Your approach should be P&L driven, focusing on all business parameters. You should have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in asset products, preferably in Auto loans. The ideal candidate will possess good written and verbal communication skills, a passion for achieving business goals, and an entrepreneurial approach. You should be data-oriented and able to effectively execute organizational plans. Additionally, you should exhibit leadership qualities to motivate team members towards achieving desired results. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be managing a large team, including managers and on-roll employees. You should be adept at managing a team size of 35+ employees and 100+ D0. Your responsibilities will also include Infant and PDD management, being open to new ideas and plans, and effectively implementing them.,
