Job Description

As a POS Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sourcing of POS business through the POS sales channel and managing a team of POS sales officers in the designated area/location. Your primary tasks will include generating leads and referrals from bank branches and the local leadership team of the sales channel, maintaining a strong grip on sourcing quality, and ensuring compliance with KYC, costing, subvention, etc. Additionally, you will be required to generate performance reports, identify gaps and opportunities, and collaborate with the regional marketing team to carry out local marketing activities. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 to 8 years of experience in POS sales with a reputed bank or fintech player in an area role. You must possess a deep understanding of the Merchant Acquiring business from the sales side and have exposure to working with independent POS service providers. Proficiency in MS Excel, sound analytical and logical reasoning capabilities, and a quick learning ability with a dynamic personality are essential requirements for this position.,
