Grest is a fast-growing recommerce company redefining the way India buys refurbished tech. We're building trust in a trust-deficit category, combining premium quality, transparency, and sustainability.

Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Drive B2B sales by identifying, approaching, and converting retail partners in your assigned territory.
Build and scale a network of Grest-certified sellers and partners.
Own and manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closure and after-sales relationship.
Conduct regular visits, ensure order fulfilment, and resolve any partner queries or issues.
Analyze territory potential, track performance, and consistently achieve monthly targets.
Collaborate with the operations, marketing, and product teams to improve partner experience.

What We’re Looking For:

2–4 years of experience in B2B/channel sales, preferably in electronics, telecom, FMCG, or tech.
Strong local market knowledge and relationships with retailers/resellers is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and excellent at building long-term partnerships.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Comfortable with fieldwork and regular travel within the assigned territory.
Fluency in Hindi and English.
