Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and guide the service team in the assigned territory to meet service targets.
Monitor team performance and motivate members to exceed targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and manage service requests.
Travel within the assigned service area to present company offerings and increase brand awareness.

Job Requirements:

5+ years of experience in distribution sales in EDC, fintech, banking, or insurance.
Ability to set, track, and review sales targets for the team.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on customer engagement.
Knowledge of Excel (optional).
