Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve area sales targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring of sales strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers to drive business growth in the assigned area. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on competitor activity to inform sales decisions. Analyze sales data using tools like Excel to optimize performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, marketing) to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in Area Sales Management or similar role in FMCG industry. Strong understanding of consumer electronics & appliances/FMCD/consumer durables/electronics markets. Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers/distributors/dealers. Ability to analyze complex data sets using tools like Excel for informed decision-making.
