Role & responsibilities : Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies. Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions Discover sales opportunities through consumer research Counselling Parents & Students on Competitive exams and Career Scape Convert the leads into actual admissions for the assigned campuses Present products and services to prospective customers Participate in industry or promotional events. Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes Monitor competition within assigned region Prepare and submit reports to the National Sales Head. Preferred candidate profile : Proven experience as a Area Manager Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred Strong knowledge of sales process, reporting, analytics & CRM Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Availability to travel as needed Bachelors Degree (Post Graduation preferred)
