Job Description :

Handling team of credit managers
Structuring & customizing the products to suit the customer’s requirements keeping in mind the risk profile, cash flows and security.
Credit appraisal and underwriting.
Ensuring compliance of the proposal with internal and external guidelines/requirements.
Presenting the proposals to Approving authorities
End to end monitoring of the portfolio
Coordinating with CMT for portfolio monitoring, EWS, Compliance and other reportings.

Candidate Profile :

Preferably 6-10 years of experience in Banks / NBFCs in a Credit role
Good analytical & managerial skills.
Good Communication and proposal writing Skills.
