Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 10 years of experience to fill the role of Area Collections Manager in Thanjavur, Manickam Nagar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections management and retail finance. Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the collection process for timely debt recovery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints and issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor and report on collection performance metrics and trends.
