Architecture Specialist

As an Architecture Specialist at SV Consultants Bangalore, you will be responsible for developing architectural solutions, integrating designs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your daily tasks will include creating detailed blueprints, conducting site evaluations, and providing technical guidance to team members. You should be a skilled and experienced Architect with expertise in advanced architectural design, visualization, and software tools. Leading projects from concept to completion for innovative designs and presentations will be a key responsibility. You will develop detailed architectural designs and renderings using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and ArchiCAD. Additionally, you will create high-quality visualizations and collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations. Integrating sustainable design principles into projects will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Masters preferred) and at least 6-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lumion, V-Ray, and Enscape is required. A strong knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations is essential for this role. As a Structural Engineer at SV Consultants Bangalore, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of safe, stable, and compliant buildings and infrastructure projects. Your role will involve working collaboratively with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success. You will design and analyze structures, perform structural calculations, prepare detailed drawings, and utilize structural analysis software to ensure safety and stability. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and relevant experience in structural engineering. Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro is required. Strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
