Job Description

General SA Expectations:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Create clear and concise communication materials, story-telling and influencing content (especially for programme steer cos)
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding business needs and objectives (sometimes via Business Analysis)
- Analyse existing systems and recommend improvements
Leadership and project management Skills
- Coordinate stakeholders
- Oversee implementation of solutions, ensuring solution continuity
- Provide solution estimates
Technical & architectural proficiency
- Create technical documentation and diagrams (Solution blueprints and designs)
- Evaluate and select tools & frameworks
- Ensure solution compliance (security, legal, architecture standards)
- In-depth knowledge of architectural principles and services
- Tech stack: preferably proficient in Microsoft (Azure) architecture
- Previous Experience: Breakdown Service - Field Service Management, Logistics
