Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Create architectural plans and working drawings in AutoCAD Ensure compliance with Indian Building Codes, GDCR, and local norms Coordinate with AMC and other government authorities for plan passing, site visits, and approvals Collaborate with consultants and internal teams for smooth project execution Attend site surveys and client meetings as required Prepare detailed technical documentation and drawings for submissions Required Skills & Experience: For Both Roles:- Proficient in AutoCAD- Knowledge of Indian Building Code, NBC, and local authority norms Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English) Strong understanding of architecture principles and site execution Readiness to visit AMC/Government offices and project sites For Junior Architect:- B.Arch Degree 0–3 years experience Freshers with strong technical aptitude may apply For Senior Architect:- B.Arch or M.Arch Degree Minimum 5 years of experience Strong exposure to government approval processes Ability to lead projects and manage junior team member
