Job Title: Architect – Real Estate Projects

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs from initial concept to final execution.
- Prepare layouts, site plans, elevations, and working drawings.
- Use AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion and related software.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, project managers, and site supervisors.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design execution and quality.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders for design approvals.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion.
- Strong conceptual and visual design skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, bye-laws, and materials.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Education:
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory
- Council of Architecture (COA) registration preferred
