Overview:

Join our innovative team at HR CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS as a Senior Architect in Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka, India. We are a forward-thinking company dedicated to sustainable design and cutting-edge architectural solutions. As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping visionary projects and leading design initiatives that push the boundaries of creativity and functionality.

Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design projects from concept through to completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand and deliver on project requirements.
Develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Sketchup, and 3ds Max.
Create visual renderings and presentations using Adobe Photoshop and Lumion.
Implement sustainable design principles in all projects.
Guide and mentor junior architects and interns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
1-3 years of professional architectural experience.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketchup, Lumion, and Enscape.
Strong understanding of sustainable design practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
