As an Architect at DESIGN CLAN, you will play a vital role in our full-service architectural design and planning firm. Founded in 2017 by Ar. Vipul Jain, we are committed to creating beautiful and functional spaces that prioritize sustainability and user-centered design. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee architectural design, project management, and ensure building code compliance. Located in Ghaziabad, this full-time on-site position will require you to engage in various tasks such as conceptual design, site analysis, construction documentation, and leading project teams towards successful outcomes. Your ability to create plans and drawings that clearly outline the architectural design of projects will be crucial. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in architecture and possess strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop is essential for this position. You will be expected to utilize your knowledge of engineering, math, science, and materials to create the ideal finished product. Additionally, conducting site evaluations to ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards will be part of your responsibilities. You will oversee the entire construction process, making recommendations to guarantee project success.
