Job role & responsibilities :

Provide support to the Client Service Teams (CST) to comply with the Risk Management Process. Act as a supporting hand for the CST in filling-up the requisite risk forms and follow-up on the same.

• Execution of WorkIT tickets allotted, adhering to the SOP of the respective tax risk processes.
• Discuss with CST and understand risk evaluation related documents shared with them.
• Keep track of the updates in the relevant Risk Process Questionnaires and share information to the peers and seniors.
• Adhere to operational excellence norms as per the ICoE Quality Standards
• Continually strive to understand the economic environment in which the business operates and provide excellent support to CST.
