Role Overview:

Oracle Fusion Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Leadership

• Manage Oracle ERP implementations across the full project lifecyclefrom scoping and planning to execution and post-go-live support.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery schedules, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and client-side teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Track and report project progress using appropriate tools and frameworks (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Agile/Waterfall).

Oracle Fusion & EBS Implementations

• Deliver a minimum of

  23 full-cycle Oracle EBS

  and

  12 Oracle Fusion Cloud

  implementations.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle ERP configurations and design tailored, scalable solutions.

Solution Design & Functional Leadership

• Lead the

  To-Be process design

  , business blueprinting, and

  Fit-Gap Analysis

  aligned with industry best practices.
• Manage

  RICEFW

  components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) through all phases of the project.
• Oversee and contribute to the configuration and implementation of Oracle modules:

  Financials

  ,

  SCM

  ,

  HCM

  , or

  Technical components

  such as

  OIC, OTBI, BIP, APEX

  .

Data Migration & Integration

• Define and execute

  data migration strategies

  from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Collaborate with technical teams for building

  integration solutions

  using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other middleware platforms.
• Support

  Integration Testing (SIT)

  and

  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  phases.

Team Management & Mentorship

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams comprising functional and technical consultants.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure continuous upskilling within the team.

Client Engagement & Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and status updates.
• Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and steering committee meetings.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to support change management and adoption.

Pre-Sales & Consulting Enablement (Preferred)

• Support

  pre-sales activities

  including proposal development, solution walkthroughs, RFP/RFI responses, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to define scope, deliverables, and estimates for new Oracle ERP engagements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–7 years

  of relevant experience in Oracle ERP implementation and consulting.
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  Oracle Fusion Cloud

  and

  Oracle EBS

  environments.
• Proficiency in at least one core area:

  Financials, SCM, HCM

  , or Oracle

  Technical Stack (OIC, OTBI, BIP, APEX)

• Demonstrated ability to lead

  end-to-end project delivery

• Proven experience with

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud Certification (Functional or Technical).
• Experience working in consulting firms or IT services environments.
• Exposure to global implementation projects and multi-country rollouts.
• Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
