Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also utilizing your in-depth product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Your role is essential in maintaining the integrity and performance of our applications, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).- Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.- Experience with backup and recovery strategies for Oracle databases.- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting of database systems.- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for effective database querying and manipulation.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification
