Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client issues. Your commitment to quality will be evident in every interaction, as you strive to enhance the client experience and maintain system integrity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Service Operations. - Strong problem-solving abilities to address client issues effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. - Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service Operations. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
