Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system logs, and implement solutions to maintain the integrity of business applications, all while adapting to the evolving needs of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:Implementation and Troubleshooting:Design and deploy network solutions using Arista CloudVision CVP and CVW.Configure and manage CloudVision Portal and related network devices.Integrate CloudVision with existing network infrastructure. Network Management:Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of CloudVision components.Ensure network security through proper configuration and monitoring.Documentation and Reporting:Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.Provide regular reports on network performance and suggest improvements. Collaboration:Work with other IT staff and departments to meet organizational network needs.Provide technical support and training to end-users. Professional & Technical
Skills:

-Proven experience with Arista CloudVision.Strong knowledge of networking protocols and security practices.Experience with network automation tools and scripting.Familiarity with cloud networking solutions.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Network Operations & Service Management.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required. -Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. -Strong communication and teamwork abilities. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. -Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
