Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the overall efficiency of business processes, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus Operations Manager i.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Experience with incident management and resolution processes.- Familiarity with application monitoring tools and techniques.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
