Application Lead (SAP/Non-SAP)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Application Lead with more than 15 years of relevant expertise in SAP S/4HANA delivery. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of all SAP modules, strong integration knowledge, and experience in managing cross-functional teams. The role requires expertise in the latest SAP technologies, ensuring efficient implementation and support for enterprise-wide SAP applications. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and delivery, ensuring successful execution of projects. Provide technical and functional leadership across all SAP modules, including FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM, TRM and Group Reporting. Oversee end-to-end system integration between SAP and other enterprise applications. Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies, including SAP BTP, AI, automation, cloud solutions, and best practices. Drive innovation by adopting new methodologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance SAP application efficiency. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and align SAP solutions accordingly. Lead cross-functional teams consisting of SAP consultants, developers, and business analysts. Ensure quality assurance, risk management, and performance optimization in SAP projects. Develop and implement SAP governance models to improve efficiency and compliance. Collaborate with third-party vendors and system integrators for smooth project execution. Required Skills & Qualifications 15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and delivery. Deep understanding of SAP modules and integration strategies across business processes. Strong expertise in SAP Fiori, BTP, cloud solutions, and automation tools. Experience in handling cross-functional teams and managing SAP transformation programs. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of SAP security, data governance, and compliance. Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project management. Ability to lead end-to-end SAP upgrades, migrations, and support projects. Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI/ML in SAP, RPA, and IoT integration is a plus. Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. Education & Certifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. SAP S/4HANA certifications are highly preferred. Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.,
