Your typical day will revolve around creating solutions that align with business needs and enhance application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure project progress- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll- Strong understanding of HR processes and payroll systems- Experience in Oracle Cloud implementation projects- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration and customization- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and issue resolution Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll- This position is based at our Mumbai office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
