Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow IT Operations Management. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing applications, and ensuring the applications meet the desired functionality and performance standards. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the application design and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management ServiceNow Custom Application Creation or ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) or ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR)- Experience with IT operations management and service management processes- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices- Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using ServiceNow platform- Solid grasp of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications
