Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications to meet specific business needs.- Implement and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Web Components.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and best practices.
