This is a remote full-time role (India-based) where you’ll take full ownership of paid user acquisition , optimize campaign ROIs , and drive installs, leads, and conversions across Meta, Google, and app platforms. Required Skills: 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing , preferably in B2C, mobile-first businesses. Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and App Install Campaigns (UAC) . Deep understanding of marketing KPIs: CAC, LTV, CTR, CPM, CPI, CPL, ROAS . Hands-on experience using GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel , or equivalent tools.
