Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Execute and complete assigned tickets to meet daily deliverables.
Consistently meet or exceed target
AHT (Average

Handling Time)
and maintain high
audit scores
.
Ensure high
occupancy
rates and
quality assurance
standards.
Identify and report process gaps for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on all aspects of assigned processes.
Support special projects, such as testing new applications.
Assist with
new hire training
as required.

Qualification

Bachelors degree in any field.
1 to 3 years
of relevant experience in back-office operations.
Prior experience in US-based telecom back-office operations is highly preferred.
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Word, Excel, etc.).
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
Good communication skills with fluency in English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
