Analyst - FP&A

As an Analyst in the FP&A team at Momentive's Global Finance Team, your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate reporting and analysis to functional stakeholders and actively participate in financial projects to meet business requirements. You will collaborate closely with the Global FP&A Leader to offer financial insights and oversight on key business performance indicators. Additionally, you will support various key business functions to ensure financial planning activities are carried out effectively. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the monthly closing process, preparing various financial reports, analyzing variances, assisting in the budget and forecast process, participating in strategic financial projects, handling ad-hoc requests promptly, ensuring business continuity, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP accounting standards and internal financial policies. To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of a graduate degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in FP&A. Proficiency in MS Excel, fluency in English, and the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment are essential. Additionally, you should demonstrate a service-oriented mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, the ability to meet deadlines with high-quality output, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of SAP & BW, data science certifications, and experience with visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
