Amazon E-Commerce Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our presence on the Amazon Marketplace. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central, listing optimization, Amazon advertising (PPC), and performance analytics, with a proven track record of driving sales and improving product rankings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Amazon Marketplace Management

• Manage Amazon Seller Central operations.
• Stay updated with Amazons policies and best practices.
• Ensure product listings are optimized in alignment with Amazon A9 algorithm.

2. Listing Optimization & SEO

• Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.
• Write compelling titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure images meet Amazon standards.
• Optimize backend search terms for better discoverability.

3. Amazon Advertising & Campaigns

• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy to improve ROAS and lower CPC.
• Manage ad budgets and report on performance metrics.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze sales trends and performance data via Seller Central & 3rd party tools.
• Conduct A/B tests to improve listing conversions.
• Create weekly/monthly reports and share actionable insights.

5. Competitor & Market Analysis

• Monitor competitors listings, pricing, and marketing strategies.
• Gather customer feedback and reviews to improve product appeal and trust.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, inventory, and marketing teams.
• Lead and manage projects focused on continuous Amazon growth and optimization.

7. Language & Cultural Understanding

• Strong command of English (additional languages a plus).
• Understand cultural buying behaviors across regions and adapt listings accordingly.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong expertise in Amazon SEO and tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.
• Proficient in data analysis and tools like Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Passion for e-commerce and results-driven mindset.
