As an AI Prompter, your primary responsibility will be to provide valuable insights on AI-related projects within the content domain to meet business needs efficiently and at scale. This will involve crafting and optimizing AI prompts to enhance model performance and user interaction. Additionally, you will conduct thorough AI research to remain at the forefront of industry trends and apply the latest discoveries to our projects. Collaboration with development teams to integrate AI functionalities through APIs will also be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will be tasked with documenting and presenting research findings and solutions in a clear and effective manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, you will also be accountable for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of AI systems. Active participation in project release and testing processes will be essential to meet the expected requirements. To excel in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent hands-on job experience will be considered. Practical experience in automated AI development and implementation, particularly in IT development projects within the eCommerce sector, will be advantageous. Demonstrated expertise in utilizing various AI tools and platforms, as well as a strong background in designing and optimizing AI prompts for diverse use cases, are essential qualifications. Moreover, extensive knowledge of API integration and management is crucial. Your ability to conduct independent research and translate its outcomes into real-world applications will be a significant asset. Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken, is vital, enabling you to articulate complex AI concepts clearly. In terms of soft skills, you should possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, expressed in a clear, fluent, and precise manner. Additionally, being agile and capable of acting as a scrum master to align value, priority, and expectations, estimate time and impediments, and organize tasks into short time frames adaptable to changes, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills are necessary, enabling you to address system malfunctions promptly. Effective communication and coordination with the tech team, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities, are critical competencies for success in this role.,
