Agriculture drone pilot

Job Summary:We are seeking skilled and certified Agri Drone Pilots with hands-on experience in operating agriculture spraying drones. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of drone flight operations, agricultural spray patterns, field mapping, and safety protocols.Key Responsibilities:Operate agriculture drones for crop spraying, seed spreading, and other agro-based applications.Pre-flight planning including battery charging, mission planning, weather checks, and airspace compliance.Conduct regular pre- and post-flight inspections of drones to ensure airworthiness.Ensure safe and accurate pesticide/fertilizer spraying as per SOP.Maintain detailed flight logs, spray coverage records, and client service reports.Train farmers and ground staff on drone usage and safety practices.Coordinate with agronomists, field supervisors, and clients for smooth operations.Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting of drones.Comply with all DGCAdrone operation regulations.Represent the company professionally during field visits.---Required Qualifications:Minimum Class 10th/12th pass; Diploma or Graduate preferred.Valid Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) from a DGCA-authorized RPTO (Preferably Small/Medium category).Hands-on experience with agricultural drones (10l capacity).Familiarity with Pixhawk-based systems, Ground Control Stations (e.g., QGroundControl, FlytNow, custom apps).Understanding of GPS-based mission planning and field boundary marking.Good knowledge of basic electronics and drone troubleshooting.Willingness to travel and work in rural/agricultural field conditions.---Desirable Skills:Knowledge of spraying parameters (flow rate, droplet size, flight height, overlap).Basic knowledge of agriculture practices and pest/disease control.Benefits:Travel allowances and field incentivesTraining and upskilling supportCareer growth opportunities within drone operations and service managementContact no - 7903480916
