Agency Manager - Vapi

As an Agency Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company, you will play a crucial role in enabling the achievement of key business outcomes. Compliance with regulatory norms and company policies is a critical aspect of the role, along with managing channel conflicts within the team. Your goal will be to achieve product-specific targets and ensure profitability by understanding the agents" businesses thoroughly and identifying opportunities for revenue generation and business development. Additionally, you will be responsible for team-building activities, including setting goals for all agents, conducting regular reviews, monitoring and mentoring relationships to track goal achievement, and engaging in field observations and demonstrations with the agency force. Regular agent visits and fostering a collaborative work environment will be key components of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized educational institute and possess 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
