Key Responsibilities: Assess each student's academic background, interests, and career objectives to recommend the most appropriate undergraduate or postgraduate programs. Deliver end-to-end counseling and admissions support, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and empathy throughout the student journey. Maintain consistent and timely communication with prospective students, with a focus on resolving queries and driving high conversion rates. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance counseling methodologies using real-time feedback and behavioral insights. Stay informed about industry developments, emerging career fields, and evolving educational opportunities to ensure relevant and up-to-date guidance. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in selling UG/PG courses. Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Passion for education and helping students succeed.
