Admission Counselor

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admision Counsellor to join our dynamic team. As a Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in advising students on study abroad opportunities, helping them navigate the complexities of university applications, test preparation, and visa processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in international education, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring students to achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities: Guide students and parents through the study abroad admission process. Suggest suitable courses, universities, and countries based on student profiles. Convert inquiries into enrollments by presenting services effectively. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow up with potential students through calls, emails, and meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and families. Address student inquiries and concerns promptly. Work with other teams to support test prep, applications, and visas. Participate in events, webinars, and workshops. Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM software. Share regular updates on performance and market trends with management. Requirements Female Candidates Only. Bachelor’s degree in any field (a background in education, sales, or counseling is a plus). Proven experience in sales, admissions, or education consultancy (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. A customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of study abroad processes, including test preparation, applications, and visas. Familiarity with various study destinations like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
