Admission Counselor

Role & Responsibilities:

• Initiate thoughtful, two-way conversations with prospective students to explore their academic background, interests, and ambitions.
• Curate personalized course recommendations based on the student’s profile, aspirations, and learning preferences.
• Serve as the single point of contact throughout the admission cycle, ensuring clarity, confidence, and consistency at every stage.
• Simplify complex information—course structures, eligibility, and financials—into clear, actionable insights for students and families.
• Build credibility through patience, professionalism, and purposeful guidance—not sales pitches.
• Capture student details, queries, and feedback accurately using CRM platforms to support follow-ups and performance insights.
• Collaborate closely with academic, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post-admission experience.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in any stream; candidates from education, psychology, or business backgrounds are preferred.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in academic counseling, student outreach, inside sales, or career guidance.
• Proficiency in English and strong conversational and persuasive communication is essential.
• A naturally empathetic and solution-oriented personality who thrives in student-facing roles.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to achieving daily and monthly enrollment goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
