Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Speak to 5070 potential candidates daily (calls + WhatsApp follow-ups)
Understand each candidates goals and recommend suitable Career Leap services
Maintain detailed lead data in CRM
Work closely with the senior consulting team for demo coordination and closures
Meet or exceed assigned monthly revenue targets
Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the counselling process

Preferred candidate profile

3 years-6 years of experience in inside sales, academic counselling, or career guidance preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Must have a laptop and good internet connection (for remote work)
