Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Admission Counselor to join our growing educational institution located in Sector 142, Noida. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer handling and will play a vital role in guiding students through the admission process. The Admission Counselor is responsible for converting leads into successful enrollments by delivering accurate and inspiring counseling sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents through phone calls, emails, and messages.

Counsel students regarding educational programs, eligibility, course curriculum, and career opportunities.

Understand students’ needs and suggest the most suitable courses and career paths.

Follow up with students who have shown interest in the institution and maintain constant communication until admission.

Handle walk-ins and explain the admission procedure, documents required, and fee structure.

Keep detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM software or spreadsheets.

Coordinate with internal departments such as academic advisors and faculty to ensure a smooth admission process.

Meet admission targets set by the management while maintaining high-quality counseling standards.

Participate in promotional activities like seminars, webinars, or educational fairs when required.

Skills and Competencies Required:

Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.

A confident, approachable, and persuasive personality.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets/deadlines.

Knowledge of basic computer operations, MS Office, and CRM tools.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.

Prior experience in the education sector is highly preferred.
