● Timely achievement of branch targets as assigned by the BM.
● Ensure all enquiries/walk-ins are attended ethically.
● Enquiry forms are filled.
● Assisting prospective parents with all necessary details about the branch, and conducting a
School tour followed by Admission procedure formalities.
● Ensure proper handling of cash/ cheque received at the branch
● Update new and existing student data on the ERP system daily.
● Make calls to in-house, outsider and social lead enquiries with the aim of maximizing
conversions through regular follow-ups
● Follow-up regularly for pending fees and administrative formalities of new and existing
admissions.
● Coordinate with HO on pending ID cards and requisitions for Branch.
● Scan CDC/PDCs, cheques, and other necessary documents to maintain proper records of
admissions.
● Attend parent concerns (in absence of BM)
● Upload general posts and school event pictures and videos on social media, thus ensuring school stays active on social platforms.
● Provide accurate reports of daily attendance activities, transport, etc. to the branch manager
and update the same regularly.
● coordinate with the vendor for student uniforms and book kit.
