Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop effective filing systems and maintain all files and records

2. Ensure all relative policies are implemented in the office at all times

3. Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)

4. Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office

5. Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, AMC,service etc.)

6. Perform bookkeeping activities (e.g. reconciliations) and update the accounting system

7. Monitor office equipment inventory and place appropriate orders

8.Assist in vendor relationship management

9.Coordiante, manage site & office related work

10. Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies

11.Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues

12. Perform receptionist duties when needed

13.Coordinate with drivers, schedule drivers duty, calculate OT and allowances of drivers.
