Role & responsibilities

• Experience in 2D Drafting, using CAD software - AutoCAD, Involved in drawing study of construction projects.
• Analysing the customer complaints with corrective & preventive action which includes analysis of defects, applying problem solving technique, etc.
• Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
• Performing general construction duties on site
• Prepared the detailed quantity and cost estimation for the different phases of the project.
• Supervised a group of skilled individuals to ensure the quality was maintained with due respect to the time and budget allocated.
• Supervision of installation and construction of foundation,columns,slabs and core of stair case.
• Manage the contraction of finishes such as Brick works, plaster, painting and cladding sidaba works.
• Preparing reports, calculating quantities, sample and testing of materials.
• Reviewed submittals and prepared Quality Assurance(QA), assist in reviewing contractor receipts of materials, invoices , and equipment procured by contactors purchase orders.
