Job Title: Admin Executive – Real Estate Industry (Male Candidates Only) Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree (B.A. / B.Com) * Experience: 0–1 years Requirements: * Male candidates only * Good communication skills (written & verbal) * Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, emails, data entry) * Must have a two-wheeler for commuting Key Responsibilities: * Documentation: Maintain and organize office and property-related records * Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for services, repairs, and supplies * Stationery Management: Track and manage office supplies and procurement * Checklists: Maintain daily/weekly operational checklists * Guest Management: Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally * Electrical Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper servicing and functionality of office electronics (printers, A/Cs, projectors, etc.) * Housekeeping Management: Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness standards are met Preferred Qualities: * Well-organized and detail-oriented * Responsible and punctual * Proactive in managing daily office operations Job Details: * Industry: Real Estate * Location: Pune * Job Type: Full-Time Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
