Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Admin Assistance to join our team at Money Honey Finance Service Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
