Acquisition RM-NRI

Job Description: As an Acquisition RM-NRI, you will be responsible for working in a field role within the NRI Banking Vertical under the guidance of the regional NRI Field Leadership. Your primary objective will be to attract new customers to the bank within your designated location. It will be essential for you to collaborate with various stakeholders in the area and the NR business vertical to create and implement effective local customer acquisition strategies that align with the business goals. Your key responsibilities will include driving customer acquisition numbers in the assigned location, evaluating and monitoring sales targets, and taking appropriate actions to ensure sales excellence. You will be tasked with developing customer acquisition strategies tailored to local markets, nurturing customer relationships, and engaging with local B2B partners to expand the customer base. Furthermore, you will work closely with the local Branch Network and NRI Business vertical to convert leads into customers and provide valuable feedback on customer needs and market trends. To excel in this role, you must possess the ability to effectively interact with customers and build trust through telephonic conversations. A graduation degree in any discipline is required for this position, along with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
