Accounts Receivable Specialist

As a member of the accounting team at Global Surf IT Pvt Ltd, a leading IT solutions provider with headquarters in Dubai and a dedicated support team in Cochin, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Your strong accounting skills and ability to coordinate across locations will be essential in this role. Your key responsibilities will include generating and issuing client invoices accurately based on sales orders, service completion reports, or defined project milestones. You will also be responsible for processing credit notes, refunds, and adjustments in alignment with company policies and with proper approvals. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably with UAE or international clients. A strong knowledge of accounting principles, invoicing, and collection procedures is required, as well as proficiency in accounting software, CRM tools, and MS Excel. Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and coordinate across departments.
